John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Isa 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
Phil 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Today, we are trusting God to keep us in perfect peace as we look to Jesus Christ, Our Savior and His Word. We are thankful we can and do cast all of our cares on Him. We make the choice to refuse to be troubled or afraid. We are thankful for the leading of the Holy Spirit; we have peace when we are going the right way and an internal awareness of when we need to stop or turn in another direction. We read, speak and think on the wonderful promises given to us in His Word, the Bible.
Heavenly Father, we come to you in the wonderful and mighty Name of Jesus. We thank You for making a way for us in life. We are thankful for the peace of God that passes all understanding. We pray for our family and friends that they and we will be protected today from any harm or plaque. We thank You for supplying all of our needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We thank You for leading us as our Great Shepherd in the paths of righteousness, beside the still waters and into green pastures. We thank You that surely goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives and we will dwell in Your house forever. We thank You for giving us friends as we in turn are friendly to others.
2 Tim 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Heb 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. NKJV
Ps 119:11 Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You. NKJV
Ps 1:1 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.
3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. NKJV
